DATABASES PROVIDED BY THE NEW JERSEY STATE LIBRARY
Patrons can access these online databases in the library or from home with a library card.
Access a wide range of databases and information free of charge using your Washington Public Library Card. Many databases require patrons to enter four zeros in addition to the last four digits of the library card ID to login. Otherwise, databases may be accessed by geolocation authentication alone, which means that you can access databases from anywhere in the state of New Jersey. For out of state access, patrons will be prompted to enter a library card ID.
If you have an older library card and your number does not work, or experience other problems logging in, please call the library at 908-689-0201 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.

Thanks to the NJ State Library and the Statewide Database Advisory Committee, we are happy to announce that additional databases and e-resources are being offered through Jersey Clicks as of July 1st, 2016. JerseyClicks databases/e-resources are funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technologies Act.
What is JerseyCat?
JerseyCat is the name of our free statewide Interlibrary Loan system/service (ILL) provided by the New Jersey State Library. It provides members with interlibrary loan materials from other libraries in NJ. If we don’t own a material, we can try obtaining it through this statewide loan network.
Who can use it?
WPL patrons as well as staff can use it to search New Jersey libraries for holdings on books or other library material.
The following subject areas are alphabetical by subject, and are available via the Jersey Clicks Website, which can be accessed by clicking here or the banner on the left, or clicking below. In order to access, patrons simply enter their library card number.
